As indicated above, there will be no "unbundling" of the Program other than by full days. You can pay for one, two, or three full days in any combination. The bus seats 50 people. The Duck Boat seats 34. The first 34 people to sign up have the option of taking the Duck Boat; others will take the same Freedom Trail Tour only by bus on the streets of Boston.
We have negotiated special group rates, including the hotel, for most of these events and tours including the bus, based on a minimum group size of 34 people. We have to make payments in full a month in advance to hold all of them. If we fail to achieve the minimum size a month in advance, we likely will have a higher level of pricing for late enrollers. This will include a higher per-person cost for the bus, which is currently based on a minimum of 34 attendees. We know that you all like to keep your options open. Unfortunately, the hotel, the bus comapny, and the Duck Boat don't see it that way for us. They reduce their risk by getting our reservations and deposits up front!
So please don't leave us hanging. You have more than three months to pay. Make this a priority. Who knows when and where the next Reunion of the Happy Harry will take place?
- Reunion Headquarters will be at the Hyatt Hotel Boston/Braintree (781-848-0600). There is no shuttle service to the Hotel there, but cabs and Ubers are available.
- Reservations for the discounted hotel rate and room availability should be made directly through the Hotel by calling 781-848-0600 prior to August 14, 2025.
